Linda, i did this workout this evening and i found it totally original and efficient. My legs are so sore but feel amazing in the same time. I was so bored of all the donkey kicks out there.... i get bored so easily and this is why i am so captivated by your videos. You are original and you are right there with me on the floor. I had to keep laughing when you said that this workout was easier than some of your other videos. This was excruciating but I loved it. All the moves were great but I was calling you out several times but it was fun all around. Thanks for another great workout!

Amazing workout! I found you last evening and I am totally in love with the workouts, it's also wayyyyy too many of them 😅 I couldn't decide which one to choose. There will come a day when I can finish one of your workouts. LOL Both of my legs were DEAD by the last out x2/circle x2 exercises. I am not giving up, though. Your routines continue to be the most challenging ones I have ever come across on YT. :)

This is fantastic! I love the combination of front and back of leg mat work. I went safe with the weights because any kind of quad mat work you come up with tends to make me super sore haha. I like working quaxs with mat work for something different. I really appreciate the hamstring work since that is such a "trouble" spot for me : ) Thanks!!! And I'm excited for the gliding disc series!!

I did this work out with 10 pound ankle weights and you kept saying it was easy I did not think it was easy I definitely felt my quads and by hamstrings laying on the floor I broke my foot and I really needed this workout I could do it thank you so much thank you❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I loved the fact that there was bonus abs work here ( I have been using 5lb weights) but let me tell you something my left quads were DEAD that familiar feeling came over me when I do the stability ball leg workout...i could just modify those sets because my knee also started to act up... I am very grateful for these workouts that I can do on the mat because I have had to take a break from climbing the hills...but these short workouts are way harder than climbing any hill no matter how steep...Because my legs have NEVER died on me (climbing or running) 😥😥😥😥 Thanks again for posting Linda

The ankle weights are really great way of getting into the quads for sure! These workouts will also help you to get stronger so that when you go back to hill climbing it will seem easier 😀

wow Linda, as a hamstring dominant person, that totally killed my quads, couldn't finish that quad part but I'll work on it. It's funny how we feel totally different things right? thanks for this, love your quads workouts

Yes, everyone has different dominant muscles. That's why it is good to do these isolation workouts. You will eventually work out any muscle imbalances! 😀💖

If you do this without weights it won't bulk up your thighs. You need to use quite heavy weights to get really big quads. Mat work is actually great for lengthening and strengthening all the smaller supporting muscles. Of course if you are doing cardio to burn the fat then that will help too! 😊

Hi Linda. I just purchased this series from Amazon this past Thursday. I waited for it to be shipped out for the promised delivery day. When I did not receive it I called customer service and was told it's currently unavailable. However when I ordered it said in stock. That's odd because they just received it and it's a DVD-r made on demand. Well they asked if I would care to wait for it. So of course I said yes. Amazon is a little cooky at times. 🤔
