my got I do have a bum this exercise with the ball is fantastic . also terrific for ankle stability . I have tried everything possible for ballance and butt strength this is brilliant, joy thankyou.

This is an incredible workout! I just love it when you use resistance band, bumbbells and fiball. I know It's gonna hurt a lot:). Thank you so much for this video! It goes straight to my fav list of workouts:).

Amazing how ''just'' an angle/equipment change can create so much versatility and dynamics in the workout. I was excited all the way through anticipating the next segment - and today I feel it, esp in my hamstrings. Thank you Linda for another creative burn-y session! (and I'm fine❤, don't worry)

Thanks for a good session! On the second set of leg exercise I felt it more in my calf rather than hamstring and glutes. Should I position myself differently?

Is your stance wide enough so that your knee doesn't go over your toe? You will definitely also feel this in the calf because your whole leg is trying to stabilize like mad, but if you really focus on squeezing the glute on the way up, you should still feel it too.
