Combined this one with your Pilates Band Mat and got an hour long total mat workout 🤗. Stopped my choice on this beginners workout because my hip flexors were really sore in the morning and I wanted something slightly easier. On days like that your beginner workout are the best because they are definitely easier than your other workouts but not as easy as one might expect 😃😃😃. Thank you, Linda!

Yes, I agree. I have had injuries in the past and have had to ease into workouts again so I am trying to cover a lot of basis. 😁

Didn't want anything tough this hot Sunday morning so I started with this one. That's exactly what I needed - you feel you are doing work but it's not killing you 😁! Thank you, Linda! I tried to use my loop for some of the exercises but it was curling up all the time so for the next workout from the series I used my really light (0.25 kg) ankle weights.

yes, ankle weights are great. If you get some of the fabric loops they don't curl up😁

This was great! Do you have any recommendations for your workouts that can help with hip popping? Whenever I do any type of long lever with legs my hips pop - lying down exercises on back usually

Honestly, I don't think hip popping is an issue as long as it doesn't hurt. One of mine tends to do it too. If you turn your leg slightly either inward or outward it tends to help, or try bending the knee slightly 😀

Yep! And you know what makes it even worse - humidity!! It gets super humid here at times, it's 80% atm, but some mornings its 90% and upwards. So much harder to breathe!

Most def not a beginners workout. I've done 5 weeks of beginners and 2 weeks of intermediate. When my video buffered, I came here. Instead of starting with simple stretches and working you way into the tough stuff, we go right into it. I hurt my arm doing this. We cant all go as fast as you, very little recovery for muscles

Sorry to hear your hurt your arm. This is a Barlates beginners workout, which is a lot easier than my other workouts. Everyone's version of 'beginner' is a bit different. In my beginner workouts I use less repetitions and change sides more frequently than in my other workouts and it is actually quite a bit slower too.
