Welcome to the Pilates Beginners Series. The 4 workouts in this series are easy to follow with lots of form pointers so that you can familiarize yourself with Pilates without having to get too technical. The exercises are designed to lengthen and define your body in a joint friendly, low impact way that is suitable for all ages and exercise levels.
In Pilates Beginners Lower and Abs you will start with some side leaning leg kicks and a side lying oblique and outer thigh series, then move on to a leg extension and glute bridge series, and finish with a longer abdominal series which includes upper and lower abs as well as obliques.
Fitness level: Beginner/Intermediate (Add ankle weights or a resistance loop to make it intermediate!)
Equipment: mat

Hi Linda! I did this workout this morning. I did Core and Glutes yesterday. I use ankle weights so I really feel the work. I feel nicely and pleasantly worked out. I will do the other two this week and submit my review this weekend. Btw your workouts are very creative and enjoyable!
