DESCRIPTION
Welcome to my Feel Good Walk series! These workouts are designed to let you hit all your step targets if you can't get outside, or just prefer to walk in the comfort of your own home. You will be walking at a moderate to fast pace, so you get more steps in less time! The steps are easy to follow and make the time fly by because you aren't just doing traditional walking. Get ready to burn fat in a low intensity, low impact way!
In Feel Good Walk 3000 Cardio Core you will step at a moderate pace for a total of 30 minutes. Every 60 seconds the movement will change slightly to make it more fun and interesting. There is a core focus in this workout, with lots of standing abs and just two plank intervals. There are higher and lower intensity modifications shown throughout, so make it your own workout! Get ready to sweat!!

Wanted to do a walking workout with Linda so just randomly chose one and this was it. SO MUCH FUN and really enjoyed the music. I have done ALOT of indoor walking workouts over the years and this one is by far one of the most creative with the moves, simple but fun. Fabulous session and I feel fantastic! Thanks, Linda!!!

Aw, thanks for the positive feedback. I only just started with the walking workouts a couple of months ago, so am still finding my feet. I have a few different styles, some that are a walk and chat, others with a little cuing and some with no cuing. Something for everyone!

Thanks! Loved the cool intro. Rather prefer just the walking since interrupts the flow but did it in a cramped hotel in NYC so maybe that’s why.

Hi Linda! I like this workout, I needed it today! I prefer standing exercises, because planks (and burpees) make me "suffer" too much! Congratulations for your never ending creativity and energy!
