great! Try all my workouts that have beginner in the title. They are not true beginner, but they more gentle cause some of my other workouts get pretty crazy 😊

I wish everyday was this easy, ha, but alas the changes I want to see won’t happen. This workout kept me moving enough to get me sweaty. I will definitely return to this one on my next active rest day. Thank you for another fun workout! 💖

Can you make a workout like this but without the bouncing. To relieve stress and for people with adrenal fatique. So more gentle than this one. Love

You can just not bounce, but I have another one called Lazy Days walk sculpt which is a little more gentle. I will consider it for future workouts 😊

I love this workout! It’s perfect for beginners as most of your workouts are tough. Hope one day I’ll get up to more challenging ones. I also did the gentle home barre workout too. Fabulous! Hmm I’m surprised this workout video didn’t pop up on my notifications subscription. I was browsing on your channel and came across this video and did it today. This will be in my repeat rotation. 😊
