I think they make great starter kits. A good way of introducing new modellers to the hobby

Great models. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to build something different 👍

You're really good at bulding and painting those. They are fun - Airfix made a few in the late 1970's which I had, and prior to that, I remember having the Aurora 'Prehistoric Scenes' kits of the Allosaurus, Neanderthal man, the Cro-Magnon man and woman, the Tar Pit (I really wanted the cave set, but never saw one anywhere), and a huge bird, which I think was a Phororhacos. All the kits were snap together, as they were designed to have movable limbs. The Allosaurus even had rotating 'wrists', I remember. Lovely kits - never been re-released - I wonder if the tooling still exists?

I liked the Airfix dinosaurs. The Aurora kits have become real collectors items. We had the sabre tooth tiger. There was a company called polar lights which released the horror kits. I have an aurora triceratops which is made in China so must be recent. Also A revell styracosaurus which I think was originally an aurora. Would be nice to see them return. Thanks for your comment

Very nice kits you've got there! I've built the old Airfix Corythosaurus and the Lindberg Tyrannosaurus they did as a movie tie-in for a hidden gem called "Jurassic Park", if you've ever heard of it. 😜 Another manufacturer to be on the lookout for is Pegasus Hobbies; I've done their Triceratops and it's absolutely brilliant, and I am about to start their Spinosaurus kit. The only thing to note about Pegasus is that their kits are vinyl, not resin or plastic, meaning you need to use either epoxy or CA glue to build the kit. But man, they build up beautifully, and a little more accurately than these kits that were tooled in the '70s and '80s. Either way, though, you've done these kits brilliantly! Hopefully we can see more of these soon!!!

Dinosaur kits are great fun to make. I had forgotten how many Airfix made. I do enjoy the Jurassic films! I have never made a vinyl model I will have to have a look. At the moment I am building the Tamiya diorama series. I have just posted the finished T rex, all the rest will follow including the massive Brachiosaurus 🦕 Thank you for your brilliant comment

@@grahamhurst4613 Oooh, I am looking forward to the brachiosaurus. I've heard it's quite a large kit and really stands out!
