This sounds very... Spanish. And Spanish music tends to be strong but elegant. I'm Spanish, and this song has made me feel proud of what we have here, and proud of having discovered you, Lindsey. You are marvelous. So misrespectful not to mention the strong voice and the quick guitar that have made a so beautiful melody for that marvelous violin. I'll never forget this song.

And children, this the appropiate reaction to the so called "cultural appropiation" or whatever, because there is no such thing, just cultural influence and exchange.
@michaelt.56725 жыл бұрын
I believe Mark mentioned somewhere that he grew up playing flamenco-style guitar (and is song started out as a guitar riff he came up with), so that's likely where that spanish sound comes from.

I'm not a violinist either. I don't even like violins (except for Lindsey of course haha). But I still think she's an inspiration to the next generation of ALL orchestral kids. She's one of those rare phenomenons that turn a craft upside down and reveals possibilities that even the Old Masters never imagined. A true rule-breaker and the Mozart of this age! :)

Lindsey's dancing has definitely improved! Glad she got the opportunity. I remember watching an interview where she said she loved both dancing and violin but had to choose which one to focus on when she was younger and she chose violin. So cool she got to spend time improving her dancing too. She is definitely good at it. Both.

It may be because I hear very bad (I am technically deaf also) but I just sat there wondering throughout the whole song what the blonde woman was doing... There were *VOCALS* ?!
@jasiekgosciniak1266 жыл бұрын
There were vocals provided by Alexander and the blond girl. There are some parts where they just sing "oooooh" for a longer moment: first 17 seconds of the song (very quietly though, barely hearable for people hearing normally), 0:48, 1:19, 2:33, 2:48 (one octave lower). The blonde girl sometimes screams, especially et the end of the song (2:48 3:03). The violin always plays the same melody as vocals ;)

+That Hoser You might not like it, and I do love the sweet version of Lindsey too, but she's been through a lot in the last years, and I feel like this attitude she's had lately helps her fight through it and push her limits, go further, be stronger, braver, feel better. For those of us who have been through tough things aswell, it's a great example of determination, and it's inspiring to see that. Life isn't easy, you have to fight for your hapiness and your spot in the sun.

+Courtney Konicki Stampede was originally the creation of Alexander Jean. They brought Lindsey on later to co-write and play on the song, but it's not Lindsey's magical conception. Your music always inspires me for my own tunes. Even if what I make is madly different, it always gives me a boost to be more creative! 💗❣️

Till this day, I still wondered how you didn’t win DWTS? Like why? 😒😭 Anyway, I love everything of this. 😍

Very late to this but the dancing while playing violin with a partner has to be the most impressive thing in the video!

I'm fairly convinced that Lindsey's violin skills *and* dance skills are getting even better. She's not even done yet, folks.

This is everything I have to expect from you Lindsey, and more! The choreography is simply astonishing. The composition is beautiful, fierce and quirky; just like yourself! Glad to see Mark and Brittany (BC Jean) with you! Stunning work! As I said this is simply astounding and honestly, somehow, surpassed what I've come to expect! Amazing work guys keep it up!

I thought the guitarist looked familiar! I had no idea that Mark Ballas was in a duo called "Alexander Jean" with his wife! Also, nice callback to when Lindsey was on Dancing With The Stars with Mark as her partner.

I play guitar and I've always been in love with the sound, & I love Lindsey's violin, but with this video I'm in a hard interior battle of which of the instruments (including the voice) is my favorite... So hard to choose!!! All together is like the best I've ever heard!!!

Mark and BC, Alexander Jean has become my new obsession. I haven't stopped playing STAMPEDE since I first heard it. Great to see Mark and Lindsey dancing together again (still an incredible team). Everything about this video is of such platinum grade excellence, one can't help but to be in awe of the project. Thank You!!!
