I am considering purchasing the Catalyst 60. I am an ambient solo guitarist that uses an RC1 looper pedal. Can I fully control the Cat60 with the iOS Catalyst Edit app? I want one able to dramatically change and alter effects, tones, etc while having my looper pedal in the Cat60 effects loop. I don’t want to utilize the panel to control the amp features. The amp will set on the floor out of reach while my iPad is on my mic stand. Not interested in creating presets. Everything I do is on the fly. Thx in advance!

If using an iPhone you need a lightning(make) to usbA(female) adapter. Then you need a usb a to b cable.

This is a joke because you can’t control the volume of the iOS device once connected to line 6 Which means you can’t balance levels between guitar and phone
