I can't save presrts on the iPad, iPhone or Mac, and I also can't load the presrts from the official website. Does anyone have the same problem? Have you solved it yet?

Anyone else have an issue actually naming your preset on your mobile Android phone? For instance when I click the box to type in preset name nothing happens... unless I'm changing a default name preset and I backspace leaving at least one letter I can't type anything

So… you can’t save a preset unless you use a computer or your phone?

i yhink if you hold the button for the bank it saves the preset to that button
