About the DL4 MkII:
The DL4TM Delay Modeler has remained one of the most widely used delay pedals in the world for more than two decades. The DL4 MkII includes all the sounds and features of the original, while introducing new sounds and features. The 15 new MkII delays were drawn from our HX® family of amp and effects processors and the 4-Switch and 1-Switch looper types offer up to 240 seconds of record time (expandable to several hours using an optional microSD card). There's an XLR microphone input, MIDI In and Out/Thru connectors, heavy duty footswitches, three bypass options, and a jack for connecting an optional expression pedal or two footswitches. The DL4 MkII is also smaller and lighter than the original, making it an even more appealing choice for modern musicians.

i use a splitter to plug in an ev5 exp pedal - for controlling the mix control. then on the other side of the splitter, i use a button foot switch to access the (classic) looper mode (looper preset). question: i have tried several foot switches for the looper side, so far i have to press the switch twice to enter and twice to exit the looper. what kind of switch do i need to have to only press it once??!! HELP!

As for line 6 I have several of their products and have been unable to reach any live. technical support sucks.

Same issue.For years I cannot log into my account to trouble shoot my (soon to be sold) HX and they remain unreachable to assist me just to log in.Never this brand again.

Worst customer service out there.I can't even sign into thier customer service site (technical issue) and they won;t even help me through the technical error so I can log in to ask fellow customers (not line6 reps themselves,pff,they have customers help customers..) This post will sit up for years unread by them because that's how they roll.
