I have a doubt. You drew the the 6.02 db line which is the basis for the other +20 or -20 db/decade. What to do if the question doesn't have a constant factor like 10/5 =2? How do we determine this gain then?

Phase Margin is the additional phase lag which can be introduced into the system so as to bring the system to the verge of instability at gain crossover frequency. Gain crossover frequency is the frequency at which the magnitude becomes 1 (0 dB) in Bode plot.

The slope for first order pole is -20dB/decade. Gain in decibels for pole at origin is found by 20 log (1/w) dB. At w=1, gain is 0 dB & at w=10, gain is -20dB hence slope is -20dB/decade.
