I am going to use that cue on the RDL’s of “your not tipping forward, your reaching your hips back” with my clients from now on. Thanks man!

That stick trick is awesome. A tactile cue to give feedback on the leg coming through instead of underneath the hip during their acceleration phase is simple but genius. Will definitely be using this in the future. Certain athletes based on their sports love to cycle the legs like they are in top end speed instead of driving out and stabbing down. Thank you

Hey Chris first of all i absolutely love your content! I have seen more and more people saying you shouldn't deadlift if you train to become better on the field. I have seen you almost exclusively do trapbar deadlifts with your athletes and i did recognize that the amount of videos with trapbar DLs did decrease. My question now is if you think the same about this (shouldn't do DLs) and if we don't have a trapbar available do we get better of with cleans? Would love to see a video about this! keep up the great content!!
