Only one calling for racial disparity in conviction times is the same person who wouldn’t state what his crime involving a gun and drugs was that got him 23 years was😮😢😢😢

Asking if it was violent when it involved a gun is wild.

I mean you can go to jail for brandishing, which could be just lifting your shirt to show you have a gun in you waist ban, with the intended affect of intimidation

The one he told that it was gun related was not the same one who asked if it was violent….

Violent meant he actually used force...you can hold a gun up to someone and it won't be violent

Yup. But what do you expect, if I had a dollar for every time a prisoner said "I didn't do it" I'd be a billionaire.
@nicoledaniel665911 күн бұрын
It's a true statement though. So many colored, specifically black, people have been falsely charged, killed, and much more due to the color of their skin. Obviously, the guy here did something wrong, but him saying that he's just black is probably tied to his lengthy sentencing.

It always bothers me when people claim the reason why they are in the position they are in, in their life is because of their race, especially considering they NEVER have any causal evidence to support their assertions. To the black guy at the end of the video, I would ask, if you were incarcerated simply because you were black, then how do you explain the tens of millions of other black men and women in this country that did not end up in prison? People who make these claims are really just making a poor excuse for their poor choices in life. It's intellectually lazy. It's especially frightening that this guy, with this seemingly constant victimhood mentality, is mentoring black youth. I can't imagine all the poor advice he's been providing young black youth and leading them down a potentially really bad path.

@@callmeFeppas Theft can be something as petty as shoplifting, slapping someone is assault and "drug related offenses" cover everything from possession to distribution so there's a very wide spectrum under which those terms can be used.
