When she asked me about MY DAY (and not me), I blanked out and could only respond honestly. The worst thing about the interview process is that the candidate is being interviewed by a mid level manager who can’t wait to move on to another company themselves. Managers have absolutely no loyalty to the companies they work for as by the time they are 30, they’ve worked for at least 10. The interview process is as phony and insincere as the person doing the interviewing. The questions are demeaning, degrading and often insulting. The entire process is simply theater.

I really find super interesting that in the US the interviewed get to ask some question at the end of the interview, I don't know if this happens in all Europe but in Spain we don't ask questions at the end, they just simply say "thank you, goodbye we'll call you", and they never call. LOL
