This tech seems relatively fair given the percentages necessary. Also I think its comparable to some of the smash 4 combos such as megamans foot stool blade and mewtwos footstool disable. I think people will be doing this combo in tournament in no time

Transitioning to the second loop is actually really easy. All you have to do is do a near frame perfect back air while fast falling straight down with zero drift all while buffering a turn around with exact control stick placement and then do a near frame perfect short hop z drop with very specific control stick placements for drifts and the need to use non c stick forward air and c stick back air

A lot of people didn't even try to do footstool combos at the beggining as they said they where useless because they can be teched now. They didn't really think about groundes footstools or using them as a mix up as since they aren't used as much, people don't expect them.

For @GimR's Lab and/or any Link mains: I'm watching YEET Smash's "Frame Perfect Plays in Smash Ultimate" and there are several clips of people reading Link's launch distance & angle when he uses his remote bomb to recover. My question is: Can you DI the bomb explosion so your opponent has to choose more than one spot to cover with a hitbox? I assume you can DI the explosion, but is the DI enough to make it difficult for your opponent to cover, even if it's only a 50/50? (example: DI-in puts Link toward the left of the stage, and DI out puts Link in center stage, so the opponent has to place their aerial in one of two spots. Also, most characters can't cover both spots with the same hitbox, thus making it a 50/50) If so, is it only a 50/50 at certain damage percents? I realize Link players could be holding down during their bomb explosion after pressing Down-B, and their opponents could be making a play assuming their DI. However, if Link's bomb recovery sends at a consistent--and therefore predictable--angle, then players will find easy ways to edge guard Link. Similar to what happened with King K. Rool's Up-B recovery, players know to drop from ledge, double jump back-air; or putting a hitbox where Wolf's side-B will arrive to stuff it out. Let me know how this works. I love learning more about this game.
