On the topic of spoilers, there are actually studies that show that people who are exposed to spoilers for a piece of media will generally appreciate it more than those who go in blind. So I absolutely believe that Rhett is right when he tells Link he will appreciate that moment in the show more now that he already knows about it.

SO. Watching movies at home. Anything longer than 1.5 hours (90 min.), add an intermission. Pause! Intermission! Honestly, it's life saving. Also, I enjoyed both Mullholand Drive and Renfield. Never seen Citizen Cane. I think, artistically, it's positive to see different styles of movies for a broader perspective. Same with TV. This from someone not in the art business, so take it as you will. Love you guys ❤

OKAY wait a minute, I am speaking as a single 30 year old female, I love watching movies from home. On whatever streaming service, or buying them on prime video. I have a massive movie collection on prime video now. My brother who is 38 actually reviews movies and loves them too. My entire family will binge movies all day long at home, I actually binge out on movie "series"? I watched all the karate kid movies back to back one day, made a whole weekend watching the Jurassic parks through Jurassic worlds and it was amazing. SO movies at home are legit.

I love Ear Biscuits, I really do. But I’ve gotta say, there are times where I find myself semi yelling at my phone, ‘Link!! Stop interrupting!! Let the man speak!!’ One thing, 25:13 … and a word of caution about wax ear plugs. They can melt. I speak from the experience of having had to fish one out, not fun. Wax ear plugs are intended to keep water out; for swimming, bathing, and showering.

There are some really good older movies. One I recommend is Seven Samurai (1954) by Akira Kurasawa. (In Japan he is Kurasawa Akira because the surname goes first.) It's almost 3 1/2 hours long.

I know this episode is old now but as a Gen z person (aka a zoomer) I do not understand the why people keep saying watching movies is impossible now and are just on their phones the entire time. if you gave it an honest honest go its not difficult people just always go into it bragging about how bad their attention spans are and going out of their way to not enjoy anything anymore. if you stopped starting with the initial idea of "I'll just use my phone" you'll realize the time will fly by. a bad attention span is not a personality trait. I genuinely forget where my phone is while watching movies even when I put them on just casually and aren't even trying to fully watch them because I've already seen it.
