Try replacing cmos battery or it might be psu this happened to me and it turned out that replacing both of these fixed it

Thank you so much! It turns out it was the HDMI/TV connection! Something about it the PC just didn't like. Once I hooked it up to a different display video output was successful.

@@Z-life-online if the pc wasn't power cycling correctly, I struggle to believe its solely a display detection issue it wouldn't hurt to replace the cmos battery for like 5$ at the worst. Just in case depending on the time since the battery was last replaced it may help with system stability. after all a pc is a machine that runs on a clock to function and if the clock is out of sync from a weak battery it can cause issues not immediately apparent.

@@sizzam960 You make a good point. As I wasn't able to see what was being output when the power was shutting off it's difficult to tell if the PC was simply restarting, just powering down, or doing something else entirely. In the end I uninstalled Windows 11 and installed Windows 10. Now it seems to be working well. Will probably replace the CMOS battery momentarily. Thank you!
