I remember a few years ago (with Chester still alive) when his son, Tyler, left a note for Chester in a mug he liked to use, written: ''Dad, enjoy the day, because our life is like a castle of glass'' 😥🥰
@Seth74811 ай бұрын
I loved that note. Talinda (his widow) posted that on her twitter and it said “Dad, enjoy your rehearsal or whatever you’re doing today. Love life because it’s a “Castle of Glass.”

That is' t being selfish,nor having kids being selfish too. Chester's son cared about his father,yet you think this is an act of selfishness? What is wrong with you? If they decided to share it,it's because they care. You're the one being selfish here,

Bisscute, this song/music video is based on the video game “Medal of Honor”. the video game itself is based on the very real event “the battle of Robert’s ridge”. There is a KZbin video called “the first Medal of Honor ever recorded” which is a detailed breakdown of drone footage that shows the final heroic acts of Master Sergeant John Chapman, the recipient of the Medal of Honor. It is a 10-12 minute video that I seriously recommend reacting to. I believe all Americans, or anyone who appreciates what our military does for us, should watch it. From an Afghanistan veteran, thank you for the reaction!

Too bad that game was dead on arrival and killed the franchise.

This song was written for a video game. And any other group would have made a video game song for it. But LP created something that rips your heart out! This would have been a number one for anyone else but for LP it was just a monday. Damn they have done some of the greatest songs for silly little things! Like this or the songs they made for the Transformers movies!

As somebody who's spent a LOT of time listening to Linkin Park since Lost was released, I feel like LIVING THINGS is extremely underrated. CASTLE OF GLASS, LOST IN THE ECHO, BURN IT DOWN, POWERLESS, ROADS UNTRAVELLED, VICTIMIZED.... all bangers.

I wasn't expecting to have tears during this. I never really knew what this dong means. It's one of my favorite Lp tunes. Either i forgot this music video or seeing it for the first time. The boy lost his father then he walked in his father's steps and met the fate as his father. It tugs on the heart strings. It's a great powerful song.

Id recommend blackbirds which is a bonus track from a thousand suns which i feel not enough people know about. I really like the style they went with here so maybe you wanna give it a shot as well. Besides that you vould check out across the line which somehow reminds me of breaking the habit a little bit, it just goes a little harder on the instruments. If u like mikes vocals i would highly recommend no roads left, might be his cleanest singing performance imo. There he definitely shows that he is a very talented singer as well. Yeah i think you already know most of the popular stuff by now so i dont think i have to recommend that stuff but just in case im gonna throw some songs in anyways: a light that never comes; more the victim; ill be gone; burning in the skies; robot boy; the messenger; my december; massive and every track from meteora that you havent checked out yet (except for session and foreword cause those are instrumentals) :D

I remember seeing Linkin Park in concert with Less Than Jake and the use and Snoop Dogg and corn in 2004 at the concert called project Revolution and it was around the time Meteora was still big and it was really fun concert that I went to their newer stuff I'm not a huge fan of just because it's very different but this song isn't bad I guess and some other new stuff I do like but I'm still biased towards Hybrid Theory and Meteora mostly put rest in peace to Chester

Hello Bisscute, I have to admit that the last two videos: the one by Alice In Chains and this one by Linkin Park, have confused me a little, the music is beautiful, but the lyrics of both songs, I admit that I will have to listen to them more than once to find more meaning in them, at first they both seemed heartbreaking to me, with a feeling of fragility and vulnerability. I don't know, maybe I'm hallucinating. I clarify that I did not know the two groups, I recognize my ignorance. All in all, I liked them. I loved your reaction, as always. I wanted to suggest you for a next reaction, the little cosmic witch, as Janis Joplin was affectionately called, considering that around this time it was her birth anniversary. I hope you can react to Maybe, Blus Cósmico, Cry Baby or something else. Greetings and a big hug from Mexico City.
