Linking your remote on a Chinese diesel heater

ive got the newer remote and am struggling to find how to connect the new remote too unit

Ohh no, unfortunately I only know how to link the set up I have. It might be the same, however I am unsure. Sorry I can’t be of any help.

Hi, I have tried to pair my remote using several methods but my controller, which is the same as yours, doesn’t go to the same settings as yours. If I press and hold the arrow up button it just goes to the htz up window. I have watched so many videos lol, but none of the buttons takes me too the pairing screen. Any advice would be helpful thank you.

Hello, sounds like you may have an issue with the unit or remote. I am aware there are several ways link the remote but the way above worked for me first time. I would try contacting the company you purchased the heater from. They may be able to help. Sorry I can’t be of much help.

I have just found the perfect video where a van man was changing his controller to the same one that I have and for a 5-8 kw heater, and I realized that I had followed a setup for the 2 kw heater in error. Phew, my heater is running perfectly and my wife won’t be throttling me after all lol. I appreciate you responding thank you again.
