Is Programming can be done in shared CPUs

Programming in general is done on your local machine, which always has dedicated hardware. If you need the cloud, shared CPU will likely compile slower than dedicated, but depending on your use case, this might be fine.

:)) so from this video what i understand is that shared is super bad and dedicated is good . Well just to let everybody know shared indeed is worse but you have to understand your load . for example if you get 1 cpu dedicated and have 10000 people using it or even just 10 it might be bad. I wish someone at linode exaplained how shared hosting is actually shared how the load is distributed. But even then I doubt that any one can chug all the cores.
