Linus Secret Identity Discovered?! - Stardew Valley

A few weeks ago I noticed that as I was marrying Linus he seemed to take a different appearance for a brief moment.. I was curious as to what exactly happened so I investigated further. I think I actually got to the bottom of this one. At first I thought it was a mod altering the game, turns out it was not.. Stardew Valley gameplay with my commentary as always!

Have always believed Linus was something like the former President / CEO of Joja before getting tired of all the wicked corporate stuff and wanting to settle in nature. That he's a billionaire who doesn't want to use that money and just goes through the trash for food. Also why he doesn't want to touch money and says not everyone is cut out for that type of stuff when offered jobs. The fact that he has a suave outfit in his file, as well as a half-way outfit showing him starting to grow his beard and become a wild man kind of provides more evidence to this. Joja became a beast he couldn't control and he just decided to live a homeless life without the evils of money. Naturally, he had to be able to fix his tent / be able to get new ones when they got wrecked / get to Stardew Valley in the first place since he was an outsider to the community. Even when offered a home he just wants to live with nature because it was his choice to live like that.

Only few people now that his Tent is actually placed over a trapdoor that leads to Linus Batcave like appartment. And when you are not on your farm he takes a trapdoor to farm farm with his shady hat and have sec with your Wife/Husband. ->He Owns Joja-Market. ->He is the master of Junimos. ->He forces the Black market sales woman to sale Items he wants you to find. -> He cursed the witch in the woods just to make fun of the Wizard. -> He is Abigails father. -> He is the real petowner of the dog in the cage. -> He Placed the Yoba-Altar in Pierres house to get more power. -> He intoxicated the sewers. -> He destroyed the bus and changed Pams house for a trailer. And least but worst -> He controls the money.

The kissing sprites for those who has one must be in that spot where Linus' younger(?) look is, and the game automatically chooses that spot in the sprite sheet at that moment. Also, the portal might be seen as furniture, which is why people can walk on (or through) it outside, but not inside.

I think that`s cause npcs can`t walk through things in your house simply(in town if they walk through something they destroy it). It counts portal as *something in the house* so they aren`t moving on the tile and when they aren`t on the portal tile they won`t teleport.

to me it looks like an army uniform. a theory could be that linus served in the army and fought in war, got hit in the head and got transported to Harveys clinic. then when he woke up, he didn't remember anything about his life. he ran out of Harveys clinic when he woke up because he was scared, and decided to stay in the mountains are Stardew valley bc it was pretty and he didn't have anywhere else to go since he has no money for a train ticket to anywhere
