I believe Maddison lied and I have a two pronged approach as to why because of the results from the investigation done by an external company And Madison from the moment she originally appeared in ROG rig reboot had clear mental issues. At the time I was younger and I thought she was being ironic, funny, and quirky But now looking back I see she just needed some serious help herself

@@redmasamune1 a: I don’t see what that has to do with the first prong of my two prong approach, the first part isn’t my opinion it’s a fact; there’s no evidence at all to support the idea Maddison was treated poorly at LMG, despite the fact she claimed to have gone through hr and HR would have documented that, or at least old emails, or anything. The law firm LMG hired to do the investigation are extremely good at what they do. My opinion has nothing to do with it B: I took the second prong about her from mental state my friend who is actually a psychiatrist and has been for 5 years, and as I mentioned I thought she was just quirky He’s also where I got the idea of a multi pronged approach in a KZbin comment from Hope this helps 😊

@@god_of_peanuts What if the accuser has a third party validating her claim even though they have every reason to defend the accused. I'm talking about Taran. He was a heavily valued member of LTT, he himself greatly valued the company stated that it changed his life for the better, and even with that in mind he still supported her claims.

I’m sorry, in 2023 an influencer calling out a company for assault, slurs, etc just has 0 credibility without proof. Hope she has some.

Lol they stole Intellectual property / prototype both by legal and common definition when they failed to resend that back to billet labs . They also made a 22 minute video defaming the performance of said product by using a 4090 when it was made for a 3090 . They then made a podcast defaming it more when people asked why they were not retesting it stating they didn’t want anyone to buy it … then they actioned it off for “ charity” at an event with competitors of billet labs that were present. They profited via publicity from the charity event and monetary benefit was in the tax deductible the got from the action . NOT ONLY SHOULD THEY BE INVESTIGATED. This had corporate espionage implications followed from CIVIL LITIGATION. I think they blew off the company due to it being smaller then them and they blew em off … these guys got to big for their britches

They didn't steal intellectual property. And actually, didn't steal anything both by legal and common definition. At most, this is a failure to fulfil a contract. They did not defame the product. Not only because defamation is only applicable against a person or organisation, but also because none of what they said was untrue. Additionally, they had been told by the manufacturer that it should work on the 4090. The podcast did not defame it more, due to the above reasons. Also, as you decided not to include the context for their decision, I will. They chose not to retest it due to the fact that testing it on the 3090 would not in any way fix any of the complaints about the block. The issue they had with it was not it's performance. Re-testing would result in the exact same video, with the exact same conclusion, with the exact same outcome. Re-testing would have been worse than burning the money. They auctioned it off for charity, yes. Not sure why you put the word charity in quotation marks. Billet labs' competitors were not present, and is kind of irrelevant? They did not profit (due to the prototype cooler made by billet labs) from publicity from the charity event nor tax deductibles, as if it was not the cooler, it would have been another item. "NOT ONLY SHOULD THEY BE INVESTIGATED." Typing in all caps like that is childish, especially when you don't actually understand the situation. This did not have "corporate espionage implications", and such claims are not civil matters. Please stop spreading misinformation. "I think they blew off the company due to it being smaller than them and they blew em off ..." You'd be wrong. As Billet Labs themselves have confirmed, LMG did not "blow them off", but this was a simple breakdown in communication. The actual gap in communication there was actually less than a full business day. Think before you spread misinformation.

Much of this is fair regarding the prototype... but if you weren't being emotional about it I'm sure you'd come to the conclusion that very well may be a razor : " never attribute to malice what you can to incompetence" and yes that's dressed up as the commonplace version has no attribution either.
