This is the exact video I was looking for I’m so excited someone made this!! If you ever consider doing a video of dupes of high end makeup for non-toxic brands like kosas, ilia, milk makeup, and rms etc. That’s my biggest problem as I’m switching over to non-toxic/ clean makeup is that a lot of my favorite makeup gets left behind. :(

Hi Antonia - thank you so much for watching! Honestly, I've never owned Nude by BH. Since it is discontinued, I was only able to find swatch photos and the color looks different in every photo (some show it as dark brown and others make it look mauve). If it is mauve try MAC Dervish or Boldly Bare. My best advice is to swatch BH on the back of your hand and compare your swatch to whatever is in stores. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!!

But the expensive one’s are long lasting probably? How long does these keep stay on?

They all stay on pretty long! I honestly don't notice much of a difference in wear-time and would say they can all stay on for at least 4 hours. I wear NYX lip liners the most and some days I don't reapply the liner at all when paired with a matte or liquid lipstick. I think it really depends on what you are pairing the lip liner with - a matte lipstick will keep them on way longer than a lip gloss will - and what you are eating! Great question though! I need a dupe for Kyle lipliner in Bare. I can’t find one. I google and it dupes the lipstick. 😭 I got it as a sample at Ulta and it’s gone. I think it’s discontinued. Plus I don’t want the liquid lipstick just the liner.

Hi Kat! I don’t own Bare but I looked it up & it really reminds me of MAC Subculture & Kokie’s retractable lip liner in Dusty Rose. If I were you I’d bring your Bare to MAC & swatch them next to each other. You won’t be able to swatch Kokie at the drugstore but it’s only $7 & it is one of my favorite lip liners ever. Can I ask how you do your eyebrows? I’ve never seen them look like this before on any one. I don’t mean this in a mean way it just kind of looks like you’re brows aren’t really that full and it looks mostly penciled in.

Hi Sandra! My brows are definitely not that full. I have a lot of sparsity up top. I’ve been on a brow journey for the past year & have been trying so many products to see what works best for me. I believe I used a brow pomade to fill in my brows here. I’ve updated my routine since then & shared a video last week. It definitely takes practice & patience, no matter what products you use. I started practicing filling mine in at night before bed so no one would see my crazy mess!! It definitely helped teach me techniques that do & don’t work for me. I love all shapes of brows! I had really thick brows growing up so that’s all I’m used to seeing on my face... filled it or not 😉

That’s the way to do it!! I need to buy backups of MAC strip down. ABH formula is similar and so good. My favorite option at Sephora! I just haven’t fallen in love with a color. The tones aren’t right for my complexion 🥹
