Mind awakening out of thought and imagination, heart awakening into infinite nothingness that holds everything, body energetic awakening, body awakening out of the energetic field into space...ECT...no end...keeps unfolding. @M, If all you get from a spiritual teacher is a detailed memory of the words they spoke or wrote, then you didn't get much of any significance. If you got some kind of significant personal spiritual awakening or transformation in connection with your interaction with a spiritual teacher, then the words are meaningless and irrelevant in comparison.

Important difference: enlightenment and adulthood are not the same. Adulthood is something to be achieved for all humans, enlightenment simply happens, but mostly not. It is for this reason that there are many adult teachers but no enlightenment teachers. It is my understanding the latter is something that happens and exists beyond any doership. As Jed McKenna would put it "if you'd really know what enlightenment is, you wouldn't want it". Most people just want the best life possible and I don't blame them. They look for happiness. It is the playground in which everything 'happens', it relieves one of pain and illusions, things become 'lighter' but the sun never shines brighter. It is the clouds that simply disappear... True, adulthood is not by any means enlightenment. Adulthood is a stage of maturation. Enlightenment is the next step change of evolution. Enlightenment is still extremely rare and does not constitute enough of the population to be considered a stage of maturation.
