@@nikibowe I think sorcery is little bit similar to muse - it gives me a similar effect on my warmer skin (LE foundation n.6). But it very much depends on Your skin tone and darknes. On me all her lipsticks look darker and cooler, than on the models. Affair is much warmer. Sorcery can be a warmer variant of blush maybe. But for me is too dark.

Loved this so much. I hate ordering online because i find the photos can be so misleading when trying to work out what the colour is truly like. But showing the colours against each other is a brilliant idea!

Hi Aijing! Finding your vids has been like finding my holy grail of Lisa Eldridge reviews. Not only do I have a similar complexion but the fact that you do side-to-side comparisons is just so incredibly helpful. I'm the type that will literally flip back and forth between photos for ages just to pick out the perfect shade haha. I own most of Lisa's reds so it was great being able to see how similar/different some of the newer shades are. Hope you slathered on some good lip balm after making this. Your reviews are great (and only getting better!) and I think you have a charming personality :) Thank you!

14:27 wow, it’s incredible how different spirited away and painterly look on me (the first looks quite soft but definitely reddish and the second is way more blackberry-brown), and how similar they are on you!! 😮 my complexion is different to yours and my lips are on the paler/purple side, but still... wow

Thank you so much for your comparisons of reds, pinks and glosses, i love the comparison on half a lip, i also often compare lipsticks like this. I think the reason why the model pictures looks so different to when we wear a lipstick could be due to the different natural colour of our own lip compared to the model. Personally my lips have a purple undertone… where as i have neutral warm skin tone ( asian).

Thank you so much for watching. It’s amazing how one lipstick can look so different on different people. I do think LE’s photos are professionally edited in a way to show more pigment/colour if that makes sense? So everything looks a little different ☺️

1. Her lipglosses seem really really lovely . I’m having an100% lazy Saturday so I’ll look for their review afterwards. 2 maybe if velvet lipsticks are not twisted off beyond the bullet cover and applied with a brush the breakage would =0?

I always have the bullets as low as possible so they don’t break. Two lipsticks broke on first application and I got replacements from their customer service. It’s possibly transport and formula ❤

Oh my gosh!! Really appreciated that!! I love your detailed review and demo on Lisa's blush before. I do prefer the texture of lip gloss but there is not many comparisons... I am so looking forward to see more comparisons on pinks and browns!!

Amaizin! you don't know how usful it is as seeing colours online is not always easy/usful especially from Lisa's site, as much as I love her, I feel the swatches and pictures of models are not accurate or reliable. Could I ask you also what shade of Lisa's fundation are you so I can have a reference? Thank you so much for this brilliant video!

Very helpful! I am of Asian heritage with a similar skin tone to yours and can't decide which colors are worth the investment! This video is helping me decide! If you had to choose your favorite pinky nude (I'm deciding between Velvet Intrigue and Velvet Petal) and Red color (Velvet Morning or Gloss Embrace Cinnabar), which would you recommend? I don't wear make-up too much but like to invest in the best! I thank you and your lips for all the hard work!

I’m not sure if that but you may have removed plenty of LE related videos . They were so good. I’m so sorry you’ve done that if that’s the case. I’ve purchased ski tint- I absolutely love it! Also foundation but I’m not trying it out until summer 2025, two define and enhance lipliners ( I like them ), and a few velvets, duchess is such incredibly dark purple I’m not sure I’ll ever use it, blush- I love it, ribbon- it’s what I thought duchess was going to look like on me but apparently I’m fairer that LE’s models , muse - deep brown on me, and fawn, which I thought muse was going to be like on me lol anyway, I love blush, ribbon, fawn dearly. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 so they don’t break.
