Yes! Lisa should have been bigger. She has a voice like an angel and is absolutely gorgeous! God was saving her to reach out to people for Him. She is a music leader and her husband Spencer Bernard is a pastor/music leader at Evergreen Church in Bloomington, Minnesota. Such a blessing!!! And they wouldn't have wanted it go any other way!

I did the same! On the Adult A/C station that we had in Macon, GA (WVVY Fort Valley), they used to play it A LOT, but being there were no actual DJs, they never announced the artist! Drove me crazy! But I did, I recorded it onto a cassette..... and spent YEARS not knowing it was Lisa Keith, part of my absolute FAVORITE production team on earth!

Now, in Sep 2023, I'm still listening to this song I first heard & loved in 1993 !! So many things have changed since then.... my parents have passed, my pet dogs too !! Treasure every moment in your life everyday. Never know when things will never be the same...... loved ones passing on & soon you'll be left almost alone as even friends grow old, have their own lives or they also pass on. I think & miss all those wonderful lovely moments in my youth, & nothing will bring them back again. Love your mom & dad, your family & loved ones. I found out too late, but my only hope is to be with Jesus & my family one day again. Oh..... my beloved mom loved this song so much. God bless her , my dad & all loved ones. I'm in tears now. The 80s and the 90s were the last decades when music had meaningful words, when even pop music such as this one was pleasant and worth remembering, when performers sang their hearts out and were part of humanity although Music in the early 2000s was still descent, in the mid-200s the last vestige of a good sound and fine lyrics were fading until in the 2010s came at last that resentment when I finally said: ":Since when did noise become the music?" I miss seeing videos like this.

Beautiful song. Like many others here in the comments, I too have been searching for this song, FOR YEARS!!! I heard this song at a very young age and remember liking the song and could never figure out who the artist was. I saw somewhere maybe on KZbin rare footage of Lisa Keith and with this song she was in a category against Whitney Houston. but she lost. From that video, I got her name and it led me here.
