Elvis music..since Elvis was in my generation and his music got me through some very difficult times. don't worry I cried with you...He was so loved....There are a couple of music videos where Lisa sings with her dad. They are " In The Ghetto " and " Don't Cry Daddy" and the latest one is " Where No One Stands Alone" All of them are so beautiful. ...She looks so much like him and hearing them sign together is a beautiful experience. If you get the videos please play them for us....thank you.Lisa has said in several interviews that the happiest times of her life were growing up at Graceland with her dad.She said she always felt loved by him.

Don't be afraid to shed a tear good man, I've always been regarded as a very strong man, yet tears were rolling down my cheeks watching that video. They probably wouldn't have been if my family were watching it with me because I tend to maintain sting upper lip of the British then. But I was watching alone and I can n give my emotions full reign then.

I nearly didnt watch this. I love your elvis reactions, but this song hurts me because it's been my prayer for the past ten years. I lost my dad a week after my twentieth birthday. I was this young bright eyed woman ready to go out into the world, and in one day my life was shattered. I wanted to turn back time, sit in my daddy's lap, wrap my arms around him and never let him go. He was such a sweet, gentle, and loving man, a wonderful father. I dont even have a video of him. I have pictures but sometimes I can't remember what his laughter sounded like, I just know it made me feel warm and safe. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that one day I'll dance with him again in heaven. Dont lose your compassion for others, it is one of Christ's greatest gifts. Thank you, God bless.

Well ,just bawled me eyes out , I remember when Elvis died , My dad looked like Elvis and my Mumma adored him , they'd dance rock n roll real slick ,My dad would dance with us too we'd have parties and laughter ,then a few years after Elvis died my Dad died just sudden one Monday night at the table cleaning his gun , and my heart broke more for my Mumma than me but my heart broke too . silence and a huge hole fell upon us.

I sat with my mom as she passed over. It was a gift to have that time to comfort her but I screamed like an orphaned child when I felt her go. Called 911 and I guess I was incoherent. Very much actual physical pain comes with those kind of losses

My dad passed away this year. As a child I was very close to him then after my parents divorced I didn't see much of him and lost the closeness we had. Growing up We had some good times and bad and towards the end thanks to a family madders I hardly talked to hin I wish things had been different and that we had stayed close but sometimes life don't allow the same connections we did when we were younger. Love your parents don't miss the time with them because you will never get it back 😔

Lisa Marie can sing but this is not her. Think this is a rendition by Kellie Coffey. If you want to hear Lisa Marie watch the videos with both Elvis and Lisa Marie singing these being ‘Where No One Stands Alone’ or ‘Don’t Cry Daddy’. However you are so right Lisa Marie is the double of her father.

Yep, country fans will recognize Kellie Coffey but outside of that genre most people won't know of her. This is a cover of Luther Vandross's classic and she has sung several beautiful ballads along with more upbeat tunes such as Texas Plates. Very underrated and, like many talented vocalists, never seemed to get the recognition she warrants.
