Lisa: The Pointless | Ultimate Fix | Finished Imp D Route

This is a showcase of a reworked event from the mod I am making.
The mod will be called The Ultimate Fix - it is a mod to the Ultimate Modpack for LISA: The Pointless.
It aims to rework, rewrite and rebalance the game to bring it up at least to the high standard that original Pointless presented.

I like how the sequence flows and how everything is shaping out to be, but the dialogue still sounds somewhat robotic. That'd be my only concern with the mod, excellent work.

True, this is my weakpoint. The reason is that I basically have to make entire event from scratch, and that means internal logic, different variations, setting up character graphics and movement in the cutscenes, pacing of the scene, etc. - it's difficult to notice small (but nonetheless important) things when there is so much in focus. Usually replaying/rewatching the scene couple of days after helps notice such issues, but with the increasing amount of events it becomes less convenient. So any criticism and suggestion help greatly!

@@elcuy3544 couple of times. Usually that's not how the flow of modding goes. But maybe that could be a better approach, I'll try applying it more!

I love your videos but I do have some problems with it, like how Richie and Georgy leaving people that they loved in garbage island, Georgy has to go back to garbage island to get others of the island and he also has a lover on garbage island, also Richie leaving Roland never really made sense to me because of how much he loved and cared for Roland. Also these problems were also in ump and drunkards paradise so it’s not exclusive to your amazing content. Overall this is a great video 8/10💙

Richie actually says that he hates GI, it happens in Gardenias cutscene. So it makes sense to leave that if he decides to let go of Roland or Roland doesn't reciprocate his feelings. While it's true for Georgy to be more attached to Island and his boat, leaves with Alex only if you have 5 or more relation, which is maxxed out relation. For example, he will join you in desert crossroads if you have 3 relation. So this route makes Georgy harder to recruit forever.

question are you planning on removing most conflicts in the game? (like marauders conflicting with wily) (also just a heads up but goat stomp combo conflicts with alex's last iris move since goat stomp is SSW and last iris is SSWS)

@@T1Slam last iris is unlocked if you use wilys gear up move on alex (so basically last iris is alex's geared up move)

At the part where they crash, I forgot that Georgy leaves if you let him take joy, and Darry didn’t show up. Also, is Richie and Chip dead??

If I remember correctly, then: - Darry will show up if you completed his special cutscene at the graveyard. - Chip will only fly with you if you defeated Fishman Elder. - Richie doesn't leave you if you completed Rando diplomat missions. - When Richie and Chip stay they should simply not leave your party, so they won't need to rejoin as they should be in the party after the ship falls.

I just checked the code and it's an error on my part - I did not turn on the switch that made Darry rejoin in the Imp's route cutscene. I will upload the update in 2-5 hours (reworking Wily Knight right now) - it will include the fix. You will have to replay airship cutscene to activate the trigger. Sorry for inconvenience!
