I had a Copper deficiency due to daily NAC and Zn use for a few months during the spread of alpha COVID. Had histamine intolerance, low energy, poor concentration and bad insulin sensitivity for over a year until I got testing done and then supplemented to replenish my Copper.

Can someone please share review paper link for superfood crops What key point to be added in it Who categories food as superfood? Will there is any organisation who categories it. How superfood improve our lifestyle by incorporating into our diet In recent times we cannot categories food as superfood but after 19s century we called them as superfood so what was miracle that happens after 19s What current research is going on superfood crops
