This line is what motivated me to quit procrastinating and going from 6'2 435lbs to 265lbs and passing law academy exit standards and getting the job I've dreamed of. Don't procrastinate. Please for the love of everything... don't wait.

1 thing I once heard, that is SOOOOO true, is "you dont get motivated to do something. You begin the thing that must be done and the motivation builds in you to expend/work/create/produce...

SeanMiller MOTIVATION I get up every morning before work and train Jits for an hour from 6:00am to 7:00am. Our team posts on Facebook everyday that tomorrow morning we will be training at 6:00am and asks the question “who’s in?”This lets guys commit to showing up while they are feeling good so the next morning when that 5:00am or 5:30 alarm goes off, it’s too late for second thoughts lol Our Facebook shame game is freaking strong too lol

Just found this. Same start in the Army, big chip on my puny shoulder, went from undisciplined wandering around life to getting after it and using discipline to get things done and really started to feel good about myself and go after stuff I had never even thought of trying before.

My family said the same thing when I joined the Army because I was such an unruly kid. I served the full 20 years and retired.

So, I wept. Because the music in the background is from Epic Soul Factory "Everdream".. which I listen to on a regular.. and gave me goosebumps hearing it behind Joe & Jockos voices. Im actually still weeping.. ok, ok.. I hear ya. Thank You. Xoxo

Thank you for posting this, Sean. Not to get into particulars, but I listened to this at a time when I was searching for a meaning in some if the bull💩 life throws my way, and this talk by Rogan and Jocko led me to "The War of Art". I listened to it in full today, and the lift it has given me is exactly what I needed to hear. Many thanks for your work in uploading this!!
