My feeling is that he does not have a personality. Whatever personality you may allude to, was fabricated by the palace for him. He's in California and you just see a person who moans, lies, makes up and twists truth to suit himself, but a personality, I don't see any. His eyes are dead, his body language is stiff. He won't be held accountable for anything and just tries to blame others. I think this interview could be that final nail.
