I love listening your videos! I’m studying for my license in CT right now and plan on joining a well established and very successful team. I have a mentor there as well so it’s not as scary as going it alone, but the fear of being one of the new agents is still real! I am learning EVERYTHING I possibly can to prepare myself and your info is really interesting to me. I’m sure I will be doing more than just listing in the beginning but I’m still taking all of your advice and I will be using it for sure!

I just got my license... But here's what I'd say, "Mr. Seller, I'm glad you shared that with me. And I really appreciate it. Mr. Seller, call that agent right away. Tell them to hold on. Tell them that something has come up. Mr. Seller, let me show you the reasons why you might want to choose me as your agent. And after that if you still want to go with that other agent, I will understand. Is that fair enough?"
