We Bought the CHEAPEST Z06 in the Country!! SIGHT UNSEEN!

Although most of our viewers love off roading and Jeeps, and for some it's their only passion in life, we're not loyal only to the 4x4 community. We love all sorts of motorsports and although we keep trying to distance ourselves from our roots, we can't seem to stay away from drifting.
So we bought the cheapest Z06 we could find in the country, sight unseen, and had a friend trailer it to East Coast Supercharging to start getting it prepped for Drift Week!

This is an car I rebuilt about 2.5 years ago. Bought on long islang with a smoked #5 and 6 rod and bearing. Golen Engines in hudson NH refinished the crank, all new bearings, new rods and .005 over Mahle pistons, all new seals, gaskets, clutch etc. Rebuilt heads with OEM valves, seals and bronze guides. Was a strong runner when I sold it with I beleive around 50k miles to a guy in Buffalo. I beleive he added the cam and attempted to tune it himself which may be why it has the cold start issues.

a good tuner can clean up that idle and how it runs for sure if they are good. That's got the leather dash option too which is a spendy option. They are known to lift in the heat so look into tinting, even the windshield.... If its in good shape, sell it to someone thats needing one and getting a standard dash in there. The leather dashes can go for big money if in good shape

I guessed 612hp to the wheels. Because I've seen a Z06 LS7 with heads and cam put out 612hp to the wheels. but as we know, different dyno's give different hp readings. But after hearing it put out 584hp I was like, now put a supercharger on that one! And a minute later Kevin said, what do you think if we put a ECS supercharger on that? lol. Great minds think alike! lol. And in doing that it would then put it at over 700hp to the wheels. lol. That would make it even funner. lol. Ps. How many guys can say that they bought their wives 3 Corvettes in like 3 years. lol. Kevin is the best husband ever. Hey, I once bought my wife a nice Zero turn riding mower so that she didn't have to push mow the lawn anymore. True story. lol.

I've been dreaming and looking at some C6's. You can get a nice base model in the low 20Ks. Plus the gas mileage is actually better than my '14 Wrangler. Not bad for a V8 sports car
