Litepro Folding Bike DEFECTIVE upon arrival

Litepro 16Inch 6 Speed Tri-fold Folding Bike damaged/defective/broken
- Chain track broken (chain not installed, track not aligned, broken screw)
- Folding mechanism broken (front wheel does not locked securely to frame)

Update Nov 6, 2023: I hired a bike mechanic to put on the chain and make many repairs, costing me a lot of time and money. Litepro has not helped me at all, which is utterly disappointing. At least given me a replacement to fix my bike. Unfortunately, I was on vacation while the bike was delivered, so I probably missed their 30 return window. List of defects confirmed: - Front hook is completely broken, I can't find a suitable replacement on their website, really sad - Bike mechanic said the tube was broken, wrinkled and of poor material, I had to replace it. - A screw fell off the tensioner and I am concerned of its durability, bike mechanic said you need a cover on the wheel bit of it - Replaced handle bolt, it stripped and did not keep a firm stable handle bar position

I had similar issue with the handle bolt. Fortunately a replacement was available.

I just ordered the same item two weeks ago. I'm shocked because I've seen similar situations in other videos. I was worried about how it would arrive next week.

You should have gotten the jetson bolt pro, it's sold in costco so returns are hassle free

agreed, but i wanted trifold bike! buy nice or buy twice, amirite?
