I never get this logic. Recurring is where it's happening again and again, so a recurring gag is a joke made often- in TomSka's videos there's a horse mask woman thing (a joke) who appears often. So when he asks for the horse mask, they say that it's the recurring gag...still following xD? This is why I'm never going to be hired to explain things...
