I think for mnk players apac north on average are more “mechanical.” They seem to all have like basic movement techs like super glides, tape strafe etc down perfectly and use it in fights and pro games (not just pubs or ranked.) Idk if that necessarily makes them better in comp because so many other things go into comp. Only a couple if any team in APAC north has access to analysts and some teams don’t even have coaches, so in terms of comp preparedness they might fall short and perform worse than NA teams. There’s also the less controller players so in straight team fights they might be worse than NA teams too. It’s really hard to say but regardless of “who’s better” I think if you wanna see basically movement streamer type movement and fighting a lot of the good apac north mnk players will do that in comp matches
