This time next year you will have BMS on everything and you will have many more videos for this. Each BMS is another video. The more videos the more subscribers. You are now getting 150 subscribers a month. This time next year you will most likely be getting 250 per month. Rock on Solar King

What is the brand and type of your battery? I thought in the beginning that battery wont last without BMS , upon watching your video, its proved that bms is not really necessary in building a battery bank.

It is and extra protection and it is an individual choice or preference to use a battery management system known as (BMS) Thanks for stopping by buddy and don't forget to LIKE SUBSCRIBE and SHARE. Please STAY TUNED for more to come live from Minnesota with jwsolarusa👍

What is true function of BMS in circuitary ? Like others had said on the DIYSolarforum in the past, it may be good to say i have built my battery bank without a BMS, that, would be a fair statement.

Yeah JW solar that's what I'm talking about I don't run a bms on my system and u can check mine to and they are all equal I'm running chevy volt and cmax batteries I believe they run bms in the cars cause they are sealed off and u can't check them that's why they have bms if u do ur system right I believe u don't need a bms maybe u do on the 18650 maybe not I will build on and just see keep it up brother

So you only know the voltage of each battery you do not know the voltage of each cell and they are likely good BUT you do not know that. Your batteries are of top quality so likely they are fine. If you do not like BMS then at least monitor the cell voltage so if needed you can adjust but it happens so fast you will never catch it. I have to disagree with you on this brother but that is what makes solar so interesting.

I do know the voltage of each cell by popping the black top cover of the battery where the bms is located. I have done it before but I forget to show that on the video. Thanks for your opinion.

@@jwsolarusa Usually they vary the most right at the highest voltage in the charge cycle but whatever enjoy
