I just replaced the DFI sensors on my LR3 after 2 years and got the dreaded all 3 lights flashing as well. I was so frustrated that I actually ordered the LR4, and then found this video a few hours later. A few minutes later, my LR3 is back to normal again! Thank you Floppycats for this money saving video. Now should I keep my LR4 or return it?

I was at my wits send. I called LR and they were no help other than to have me spend $250 to send my unit back. I knew it was just too convenient that I got all these errors after installing the wifi board. This was a quick fix and cost me nothing. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!

Bless you for making this video. I was pretty close to tossing thing out the window. That fixed it and I don't recall this step being in their instruction video but I could be wrong. The whole thing was ordeal, but thanks to you Its all good.

Oh my goodness! I replaced my sensors yesterday. I was stumped and tired 😅 I literally just took mine apart again after installing everything to inspect the motor area with all the wires, and kept fidgeting with that little sensor that you just moved into the two slots. THANK YOU!!!! 😩😩🥹🥹🙏 Mine is working again now!!! don’t recall that being mentioned in the video I watched from litter robot, but maybe I missed it. Either way yousaved the day!

You are a lifesaver - thank you!!! Same situation - replaced the DFI and had all 3 lights flashing. Hours spent taking apart and putting back together, and NOTHING in the instructions provided by the manufacturer and NOTHING on their website about this. Obviously it is a common situation to have the position sensor get pulled out of the correct spot - you would think that Litter Robot would include this information, but no!! They should give you a free robot.

Thank you so much!! I just replaced the DFI sensor in mine and got this error😫. I definitely just crammed the little position sensor back into the tape with all the other wires when I reassembled 😬. Thanks to your help, I’m pretty sure I am a level III certified LR technician now 🤣.

OH MY GOD!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I opened up the unit today to replace the DFI. When I put everything back, I was getting the three flashing lights. I then opened it probably ten times but couldn’t figure out why. Your video is a life saver!!! Otherwise I would’ve had to wait till Monday to call the support (today is Saturday for future reference). One more time - THANK YOU!!!

Thank you thank you!! same problem here after replacing the sensor. Maybe they should have that stupid wire screwed into place so it cant come off? I just tucked it in when putting the cover back on. Didnt seem to really go anywhere. But now its working great.

Question: I saw your reviews of Dr. Elsey's litters and wondered if/why you have the 2 additional 'regular" boxes as well? Maybe those are upstairs? I agree with you. Only had mine for 1 3/4 years n having problems with it. I'M SURE we are not the only ones. I had paid $617.00 n only last 1 3/4 years. Purchase mine 12/20/20 n started having problems late summer 2022. NOT EVEN 2 YEARS. I HAD N TEXED ROBOT 3 N ALL THEY TELL ME YOUR WARRANTY IS UP. Robot 3 makes money on selling cat litter box. Then turns around n makes money off the parts that is need to fix it or for $180.00 they will fix it WHAT A SCAN! OR BUY THIS OR BUY THAT. I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT NEW BUSHINGS I GUESS THATS WHAT U CALL THEN. That go's around the hole where it emptys😢 I'm on disability n cannot afford there prices. Now I'm OUT $617.00 SORRY OUTFIT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN TO COURT FOR RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. I'M SOOOO PEEED OFF. ALSO TODAY 4/5/23 I had send then another message. Telling trouble shooting that when robot3 recession on it's way back. It make a loud popping or clicking noise. You know what robot3 is going to say? Your warranty is up. All three lights on my Robot 3 lights flash one at a time in sequence, blue, yellow, red in that order and doesn't stop until I hit reset. Why does this happen? I haven't seen anyone address it. The company replaced the base but it does the same thing. It happens right after it cycles.

Doesn’t like this video, this process does not fix the problem . I’m not happy with this litter, there are always a problems with a flashing lights . 1. Sometimes the litter doesn't spinning after done. 2. Sometimes only orange light stay on and do not switch to blue. 3. Now is all three flashing … I opened as on video indicated and all wires and connections were OK, I close and it doesn’t solve the problem

Sometimes the litter stop working , if I push a little back the lights become read and it’s work , I think because my cat is very light and the litter doesn’t understand that cat was in
