A half hour documentary about the Italian community of New York city, from the early days of the first migration, passing through the streets of Manhattan's Little Italy, to a more mature "golden age", and finally the Italians of today.
New York City has the third most numerous italian community outside of Italy, and its history dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century. We have asked four italoamericans to tell us about it, each from their own point of view, and what came out is a beautiful story of sacrifices, commitment and unity of a people.
