Somehow, I knew this would be next (or the wanna-be super hero episode) was next, because it's lore-rich. I was flabbergasted that Brown Bear's got any friends at all, yet alone a crush that hangs out with him willingly and gives him a crown to boot. Little Brown Bear comes off as possessive and dismissive of the desires of said crush, and of course, that can only spell disaster. He said he didn't want to do the puzzle, but took Beige Bear's puzzle anyways. He's gonna grow up to be the person who texts their S.O 50 times an hour, wondering where they're at, stalk them at their workplace, place a tracker on their car, and blow tf up if they even look at anyone else. Then he's gonna cry to Mama Bear after the inevitable break up, and she'll give him some apple pie. XD Personally, I don't think Gray Bear and Brown Bear are together. It's just two boys fawning over the pretty girl in class and she's just going with it because... well, it's socialization. At that age, unless you are told beforehand, boys "giving you stuff" straight up comes off as sharing, and you are always told to share at that age, so they just come off as wanting to share. I was a little girl before, and boys were trying to give me stuff or play in class, or hold hands, and I was more like, "Uh, okay, you wanna give me free stuff? Okay, I guess? Hold hands, and play I guess we're friends?" That's when mom gave little 4 year old me "the talk" to let me know just _why_ the boys were doing what they were doing.
