Our favorite pizza is NYC pizza too! Definitely set up like a NYC pizza place. The pizza looked delicious! Definitely would check this out if in the area. Great job!

I watched your top five favorite 🍕 joints and you stated that it was only your personal opinion. You based the pizza by taste and other criteria. It’s impossible to try EVERY SINGLE PIZZA PLACE. I heard that NYC has the best pizza because NYC water is used in the crust! Lol. The food here looked amazing but I don’t prefer pizza already made up then reheated. @crusaderforchrist8430 I disagree. I grew up in New York and little charlie's is just as good if not better than the pizza in New York. A good pie comes down to quality ingredients and knowing how to cook it. If water was the only thing then why does NJ and Connecticut also have some of the best pizza in the country yet they have different sources for water?

That's how a place that sells by the slice does it. Every real pizzeria in New York looks like this. You pick what you want and they heat it up for you. Also this is as good as most NY pizza and better than some. Good pizza comes down to quality ingredients and knowing how to cook it right. If that were the case then how come NJ and Connecticut have some of the highest rated pizza in the country yet they have different water sources? And this place little charlies is 1000 miles away from NY yet it's just as good so how is it all in the water?

It definitely is. I grew up in New York and have lived in KY for almost 20 years and little Charlies is by far the best pizza I have had in the state. Rivals any pizzeria in NY

Hey Barry! You should really try out the pizza at New directions bar off chamberlain lane ! It's simple , limited topping pizza. And the rest of the food is alright. But I'm serious when I say it's one of My favorite pizzas in Louisville lol.

This was a good time to be the condiment king...I do like their pizza. The crust is great the toppings are good...The sauce lacks a lil flavor in my opinion..I do still enjoy a slice every now & then..While you were down my way you should have given Wicked eyed woman a try

All that pizza looks really cold, or at best room temperature. I know it's not easy to "see" temperature... but there are signs. If you buy it by the slice I hope they at least toss it in the oven for you.
