I love love love that she told the little girl that shes allowed to touch it and play with it. My mom has had Alopecia since she was 5 years old. She used to cry and touch my hair when I was little, telling me how much she wanted her own hair to touch and play with. Hair means so much more to people than some think. When you take the chance away of having hair, it can hurt someone's whole world.

When my daughter was 5, her hair was so long she could sit on it. It was the most beautiful gold color and shiny. One day a salon advertised locks for love and she and I went in and donated both of our hair. The beautician was scared to cut her hair because she thought an irate dad would come back but my husband was thrilled when we showed up at home with our heads shaved....he was thrilled that we gave our hair to someone who would love it as he did....God is with you lil one....angels among us I say

Ene: That was what I was thinking too. Beauty lay in the eyes of the beholder and when you feel good about yourself than your whole world is better. I lost my hair three times. I had a Stroke result of car accident and the Medicine was very strong and my nerves didn't help any...I lost my hair.
