This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 328 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Dale Carnegie's books are hugely underappreciated, both this one and How to Make Friends. Manipulative people falsely think they're about manipulation while these books have to be read with a simple heart, applying their principles out of love for our neighbor and not because we might get something out of it. It doesn't work like that. Thanks a lot for this video, I really wanted to have a brief summary like this one at hand.

You will trigger a lot of anxious people by saying that worry and stress will shorten your life span and cause heart attacks… which is absolutely NOT true. Worry is actually a protective function of the brain and when it creates anxiety that becomes disordered, none of the symptoms are dangerous. Your body is actually working correctly, but it is operating on misinformation from the brain. You need to let your brain learn that the sensations cant hurt you by allowing them. Then they will slowly fade of over time. Good thoughts though on putting worry in perspective.

Facts thank you so much for saying that. Worry is definitely not good for your health but I think saying what she said is definitely misinformation and going to far

First off, another awesome video. Your videos are “Addictive” in a good way. Because of the way you do your videos, you breath life into books you review, you make them relatable. To boost your views, consider making short that link back to your whole videos. 16 chapters, up to 16 plus shorts. Stress is a silent pandemic that on average probably robs both life quality and perhaps 10 years plus of life. As I was going thru your video, I had so many, that’s me and those are people I know moments. This value of this video, priceless.

I think something is missing here…The biggest down problem is death. I worry about dying every day because I lost me sister when she was in her youth. I also list my confident because I got breast cancer when I was in my 30’s. I worry to this day. I will never forget losing my breast when they told me I wouldn’t survive. The chemo was terrible and I now have Bronchiecstasis because of it
@janethammond59259 ай бұрын
I can understand where you're coming from. Videos like this are great for dealing with the worries of life, but they don't address everyone's greatest fear...death. I lost my mother recently and though I miss her greatly I can honestly tell you that I do not grieve as those who have no hope. My mother is with the Lord whom she loved, and I know that I will see her again. At the risk of sounding like a Bible basher I can tell you that there is no greater peace than in knowing and following Jesus Christ. There are many great preachers out there on KZbin but one I would recommend if you want to know more is Paul Washer. May God bless you on your journey...🙏🙏
