Cinnamon Bun Recipe
littlemountain...
I have been making these cinnamon buns for 25 years, and they never disappoint. They are chewy and gooey in all the right ways! I also made a hamburger soup using just my home-canned food, and it turned out pretty well in the end, if a little salty! Dan has been working away on the cabin and has started putting on the deck which looks great! I hope you enjoy coming along with me!

Just a suggestion: you should put new curtains with the same color in them as your lower cabinets. It will bring out the color and match beautifully. Also incorporate some sage green on your shelf above your stove.Your back splash would also look great with the green color incorporated as well. It would tie everything together. It doesn’t have to be just that color, you mentions a splash of red color, a mix of the two in the curtains would draw out the green cabinet color very nicely.

Love your channel. Your climate is similar to mine in northern Alberta. So your tips are very much appreciated. And I bought that jar funnel, what a game changer. No more sloppy sides and funnel falling over. Thank You. And the steam canner. Well my canning life has gotten way simpler. After 40 years of canning I’ve never been able to do it easily without a big mess. Your amazing. 😄😄😄

Yes, green is the opposite onto red on the color wheel so they go together nicely. I still would paint the upper cabinets the same beautiful sage green or at least the inside panels. Maybe your wallpaper you select on the inside of panels and also on the inside of the cabinet doors? Oh my those cinnamon buns looked SO good!!❤

Oh my goodness, Chelsea, I LOVE the cabinet handles! Soooo pretty! I definitely need to try your cinnamon roll recipe. My husband asked if you ever just sit and rest. 😂 He said you are the “cookin'-est woman” he's ever seen. He also said he needs me to make your cinnamon rolls. 🤣🤣 Cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, and plain glazed donuts are his weakness. He also said Dan's work looks awesome. He really likes the cabin, we both do. So beautiful. Love, hugs and Gods blessings to all. ~ Lisa ❤

I think you should paint the top cupboards the same green and don't put anything dark/raspberry coloured on the window treatments as it would clash, suck the light out of the room/window and anything dark just makes the logs more "orangey"/dark colour. Keep it simple, green cabinets, white appliances and maybe a green/white check fabric for the windows.

I love your new handles and nobs for the cabinets and drawers. I was thinking you should put "Little Mountain Ranch" somewhere in y'alls kitchen. Maybe that would be a neat thing to have on the cabinet next to the refrigerator. Or have a picture framed with it above your pretty shelf that hangs over the stove. I do know one thing...im craving cinnamon rolls all of a sudden, thanks😅. Im loving the cabin more and more every time i see it. It reminds me of when i was little and we built little houses out of wooden popsicle sticks in Sunday School. Too funny. 😅

I love your little kitchen. It is fun watching you work it all out. When you were talking about wallpaper on the backs of your cupboards, I immediately thought it would be fun to maybe find a way to put some of your old vintage recipes and some of your families favorite recipes up there. You could print them on old looking paper to look edged and you would never get tired of it. Wall paper gets boring after a while usually. I can see why you have had that cinnamon roll recipe for so long, it looks delicious.
