My very first "week of workouts" video!
So excited to share this video with you all! Every week tends to be slightly different however I always am making sure to hit all of these components.
As of right now my main focuses are, strength training, calisthenics, flips & tricks, and climbing.
I didn't include morning movement in this video however I am doing about 10-15 minutes of movement every morning - let me know if you'd want a video of my morning movement routines through the week as well!
