Danielle Cortés Before baby, I used to not be able to sleep without the sound of “Friends” playing in the background. This is my white noise 😆 I listened on my headphones with my phone facing down - didn’t even watch it! (I’ve seen them all a thousand times anyway :) Since it’s no longer on Netflix, I’ve now resorted to The Office. Baby is still sleeping in the bedside bassinet so having a little distraction from his many nighttime noises (grunts, whimpers, farts...) is very helpful. Don’t worry. I only listen with one headphone in and the volume is pretty low - I can definitely hear baby still :)

Before baby, I couldn’t sleep without the room being pitch dark - so a sleep mask was a must. But now that baby is here, I can’t sleep without hearing his sound machine through the monitor on my nightstand 😂 I’d love one for the master bedroom!

I have the Dohm classic and love it!! I have ours 4 feet from her crib and on max volume (collar and cap wide open). We have a small house and my husband is heavy footed lol I remember you saying something about max decibels - wondering if ours needs to be adjusted?

I have 2 kiddos (one is still room sharing)...so I have to sleep with my 7mo white noise in our room and the white noise on the monitor for my 2 year old 💙💗 I have to have noise when I sleep or else I hear all the tiny noises that keep you up (or make you think someone’s in your house 😬😬).

I can’t sleep without my body pillow and knowing I’ll hear my babies if they need me (usually that’s the monitor but sometimes I just leave my door open!) :) I keep white noise in their rooms so that I know we won’t wake them up but I like it to be nice and quiet in my room 🙈🥰

Can not sleep without a noise machine. We have a homedic one I think it’s called. It does play a loop but you can tell when the loop ends/restarts and it’s so annoying. Definitely wakes me more often. :(
