When the opponent is falling after the first B23 the timing is important so that the J134 hits. I like to wait after the first B23 when the opponent is falling and input the next B23 as soon as the opponents feet’s are just above my head. This makes J134 a lot more consistent

It’s ok, the easiest way to guarantee that you land this all the time is to make sure 4 hits the opponent as high up as possible then the second B23 will hit everytime. Timing of 4 is the most important even if a little late B2 is fast enough to catch even if not perfect. Literally practice timing of 4 over and over again. Hope this helps
