I think the English dude is afraid to talk about the game at hand. He would rather talk about anything else. Other matches. Countries of origin. Birthdays. Anything but the game at hand. He even distracts the other announcers who like to talk about the shooting in front of them. Is it because of a phobia? Does he not feel confident talking about the shots and strategy in front of him? In his nervousness, he likes to say how he is entertaining the audience with his aimless babbling. Talk about the match in front of you, dude, or be quiet.
