I am thinking of sculpting some free form sinks for my bathroom. Could I use this product over a foam form to create a sink? Am I correct to assume that I would need a 3/4” layer over the foam, or could it be thinner? Thanks for such an awesome demo!

I've been told you don't necessarily have to add the Ramp to the vertical mix, is this true?

I've been in the rockwork business for years and please tell me what the difference is between your product and just mixing vertical concrete on site. I don't see any difference in how your material behaves in relation to pure vertical concrete. I really have never found a ready mix that is better than 1x cement, 2x sand + water and latex or PVA plasticizer.

One primary thing is the Buddy Rhodes Vertical Mix is a lightweight material - +/- 30% lighter than other mixes. That makes it easier to apply, especially when building thicker sections. It can be stamped and carved to make incredible details, but your personal preference may vary. The only way to know if you prefer the Buddy Rhodes Vertical Mix to your scratch-made mix is to test it yourself. If you have any detailed questions, please feel free to give us a call!

How long does it stay workable?
@smoothon8 ай бұрын
Hello, It will depend on what state of the material you are asking about. It will also depend on the environment that you are working in. Typically you will have 20 minutes to apply it. The texturing state is about 5 to 20 minutes depending on the working conditions. If you would like you can send us a ticket and we can further help you with any questions that you might have. www.smooth-on.com/support/ticket/add/agree/ Thanks for watching!

For that little area you did at 34 bucks a bag this would be way out of my budget. I need to do a 20ft x 3 wall.
